NFL Versus Texas Police
It’s the state of Texas versus the National Football League (NFL). A new rule was passed by the NFL, banning off-duty police officers from bringing guns into the stadium. This new ruling flies in the face of Texas law, which allows off-duty police officers to carry their weapons and be ready to protect and defend the public.

Anti Christ finally revealed?
I have been an avid reader on prophecy, both biblical and other sources. Many have attempted to identify the Anti Christ. However, this video has an interesting spin/view of the identification of the Anti Christ.
Understand there are many Anti-Christ. An antichrist is nothing more than someone denying that Christ is Lord and Savior. Additionally, many follow the worldview of these Anti-Christ. Technically Islam, Buddhism, Wiccan, Atheist, Scientology, and other religions would fall into this category.

Iran Documentary Shows Retaliation On U.S. and Israel
Iran's simulation of an attack on the USS Abraham Lincoln
One day after news Iran Northern Navy Fleet departed toward United States maritime borders, a psyop documentary was released. Islamic Republic's state television broadcast the documentary titled, "The Nightmare of Vultures." The documentary shows Iran in retaliation with American or Israel strike on Iran's nuclear facilities. This message of forewarning is screaming so loud, it cannot be ignored.
The simulated documentary involves Iranian drones launching missiles and destroying the USS Abraham Lincoln in the Persian Gulf, while American military jets and helicopters take off from the vessel.
The United States Navy's 5th fleet is based in Bahrain - across the Persian Gulf from Iran - and the United States has conducted two major naval war games in the last two years.

Would-Be Burglars Confronted With Armed Citizens
Three teens in an Alabama town were spotted, while breaking into a neighbor’s house, during the middle of the day. The neighbors spotting the teens called the police, then arming themselves confronted the would-be burglars.
The teens fled the house on Mountain Laural Drive in Pinson. The neighbors chased them into the woods, catching one of the three. The other two were picked up nearly a mile away on highway 75. The one captured, a 17-year old was held at gun point, until the cops showed up.

F the Feds, Texas Closes Its Own Borders
Texas has grown tired of waiting on the incompetent federal government’s reluctance to do anything against the illegal immigration, human trafficking, and drug smuggling. Taking matters in their own hands, Texas officials brought a screeching halt along the Rio Grande section of the US/Mexican border. Essentially, F the Feds. Finally Texas takes matters in their own hands and closes its own borders.
“In the Rio Grande Valley sector, nearly nothing moved in those three weeks,” Texas Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst said in an exclusive interview with Breitbart News. “We shut it down. We had teams of Texas law enforcement in the brush, high-altitude aircraft, gun boats and more. Our intel revealed that the Gulf cartel was growing frustrated with our three-week effort.”

Selling Her Baby For Money – Child Pornography
Times are tough. But is it so hard to prostitute 3 year olds for money? In a sickening news report, a Gary, Indiana woman admitted she sold a baby eight times to a Gary man for sex, and was in the same room for all these time, with exception of one. To Hell With Family Tradition
Anyone recall who won at the Grammy’s? I didn’t think so. The news is about the gay push, as 34 couples, straight and gay, were married on stage during the Grammys. Queen Latifah was recently deputized by Los Angeles County to legally conduct wedding ceremonies. She will be signing the certificates for each couple.
The event took place on a stage, resembling a giant chapel. Hip-Hop duo Macklemore & Ryan Lewis sang their hit tune “Same Love”. The song is known to be embraced by the LGBT (Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transsexual) community.
While it may resemble a church, the song lyrics and actions speak otherwise. Macklemore rapped, "Playing God, aw nah here we go/America the brave still fears what we don't know/And God loves all his children, is somehow forgotten/But we paraphrase a book written 3500 years ago."

Wheat - Public Enemy
On rare occasions, I am able to burn through a book. Normally these times are during my required traveling. Thanks to the 3.5 hour flight from Dallas to Philadelphia, and layovers, accompanied with secluded nights in a hotel room by myself. This trip, I am reading the book “Wheat Belly”, by William Davis.
The book is a fascinating one, to say the least. The message is the danger of modern day wheat with human consumption. The external danger of being obese, foggy mentality, and an irrational addiction to bread. The internal danger of increased glucose, increase gastro disorder, increase issues of schizophrenia , ADHD, and autism are also covered.
Each of these issues is backed up by expert reports, scientific studies, and results from accepted experiments.
Davis provides a good history of the difference from our ancestral wheat in comparison to the current hybrid, genetic modified wheat. Amazingly, just like the ingestion of fluoride, research was missed with proper human consumption of the hybridized wheat. The mentality of wheat is wheat, regardless of how we genetically slice and dice it, should be no issue. Yet Davis provides results, studies, and observational facts to prove otherwise. A comparison of the GI (glycemic index) shows two slices of bread provides more sugar than a bar of candy.
Comparing the GI;
• White bread – 69 • Whole grain bread – 72 • Shredded Wheat cereal – 67 • Table sugar – 59 • Mars Bar (candy bar) – 68 • Snickers (candy bar) – 41 Note the bread is substantially more than dipping your spoon in plain sugar. This observation provides insight of why many of our American citizens are fatter than 40 years ago. Additionally, consider the spiked increase of sugar for those with issues of diabetes.
Look at your grocery store and identify all the products that consist of bread (gluten). We are inundated with the product.
While modern day bread is not the only variable consisting of our obese nature, I never realized how much of a part it does play.
Davis also provides studies showing the breakdown of gluten in the body is converted to polypeptides. Scientist took these polypeptides, and found a peculiar ability to penetrate the blood-brain barrier. These polypeptides would enter the brain and attach themselves to the morphine receptor.
This chemical acted the same way your opiate drugs react to the brain. The polypeptides were termed “exorphines”, short for exogenous morphine-like compounds. This provided the reason for wheat addiction, and psychological effect to the humans ingesting the current wheat.
Amazingly, when the drug naloxone was administered the polypeptides were blocked. This same naloxone drug is used to administer heroin addicts, when entering the emergency rooms. The same drug that kills a high with opiate drugs, also kills the polypeptides, introduced by wheat.
I would suggest all to read the book themselves and perform your own observations. As for me, I am formally going to stop eating bread.
I have a son that is gluten intolerant and I personally have seen the effects when he consumes bread. I am now going to see what the effects of removing bread from my diet will bring.

The issue has forced President Obama to make a statement on the surveillance on foreign leaders. Additional revelations are now stating NSA had and used the ability to spy on computers not even connected to the internet.
The 100,000 machines were fitted with small devices, emitting radio waves, allowing NSA to pull data without the requirement of being connected to the internet. Targets included Russian military networks, Mexican police, trade institutions within the European Union, Saudi Arabia, and Chinese military as well as drug cartels.

Justice Department Blocks Legal Challenge For NSA
The Justice Department worked late last night to block the plaintiffs, from obtaining more details about how the National Security Agency’s (NSA) surveillance effort operates. This halts the current most successful legal challenges to the NSA.
The motion was filed with U.S. District Court Judge Richard Leon The request was to halt further proceedings, while appeals go forward in two lawsuits brought by conservative legal activist Larry Klayman.
This comes on the heel, when a federal judge ruled the NSA program collecting information on nearly all telephone companies to, from, within the United States is likely unconstitutional.

Federal Government Takes Tips
Restaurant servers will lose their 18% gratuity tip from large groups, as of January 1, 2014. A change in tax policy will prevent restaurant workers from collection automatic gratuities. The 18% added gratuity on a group 8 or more will be automatically included in their payroll. This causes the worker to wait up to two weeks for that tip, as well as paying additional taxes on it. It also means minimum wage workers will get less money, while the federal government gets more. Read More

11 Attorneys General Cite Obamacare Fix Illegal
No less than 11 attorney generals from the GOP state the Obama administration is breaking the law by repeatedly making changes to Obamacare without going through Congress. The use of President Obama’s executive action is an over-reach of his powers. The attorneys general criticizes Obama, using executive action allowing insurance companies to keep offering health plans, that have been canceled for not meeting Obamacare’s more strict standards
.
The issue
“We support allowing citizens to keep their health insurance coverage, but the only way to fix this problem-ridden law is to enact changes lawfully: through Congressional action,” the attorneys general wrote in a letter to Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius. “The illegal actions by this administration must stop.”
This healthcare fix is “flatly illegal under federal constitutional and statutory law”, they say.
The seven-page letter says the President is violating both his responsibility to execute laws faithfully and the separation of powers between the branches of government.
The Group
The 11 attorney generals signing the letter included the states Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas and Virginia. West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey wrote the letter .
Officials point to the 1985 Heckler vs Chaney case. The Supreme Court concluded some enforcement actions of laws might be subject to judicial review first.
“We are deeply concerned that this Administration is consistently rewriting new rules and effectively inventing statutory provisions to operationalize a flawed law,” the attorneys general wrote. “And the irony, of course, is that the changes being put forth to fix the disastrous exchanges will ultimately destroy the market and increase health insurance premiums for customers who played by the rules.”
Other issues
HHS continues to “ignore the widespread public outcry over the security of consumers’ private information” on exchanges,” they wrote, adding that they’re concerned about the administration’s decision to “not propose and implement rigorous privacy standards for outreach personnel.”
“Each of us is charged with protecting our states’ consumers,” Morrisey said. “Once a person’s private information is breached, it is very hard to ensure it is secure again. We are troubled that the Administration has not even proposed implementing criminal background checks on people who have access to sensitive private information.”
Summary
The letter was written December 26, 2013 to HHS Kathleen Sebelius to convey concerns of illegality. The seven page letter provides the concerns, citing specific laws and regulations being broken by the Obama Administration.
The “fix” placed by the Obama Administration breaks the constitutional law, while also creating a new statutory obligation or new rule. In essence, Obama is attempting to create new laws, without Congress approval, while breaking existing laws already in place.
The letter then proposes commonsense safeguards on “ways to ensure protection for information”.

The Shelter - Prepper vs Non-Prepper
Interestingly the Twilight Zone ran "The Shelter" on Sep. 29, 1961. It shows preppers existed as far back as 1961, with the issue of preppers and non-preppers. It's the famous story of the grasshopper and ant. The grasshopper played all the time, while the ant worked and prep. When time came, the ant was able to survive the winter, while the grasshopper suffered.
Socialism wishes to have the grasshopper fed by the working ant, but America was built on ants not grasshoppers.
The show is fascinating to watch, if you have 30 minutes to spare. I only fear this scenario, times a whole town, city, country.
While Doomsday Preppers show the extreme, prepping remains to be simply risk management. I suggest The Survival Podcast, providing great information, without the tinfoil hats.

299 Days, A Phenomenal Book
Last night, while alone in my hotel, I was able to finish the book 299: The Preparation, by Glen Tate. I had accidently came across the book series. I have been reading other books regarding the fall of United States, and emphasizes on prepping and after effects. I enjoyed the book "Lights Out", by David Crawford, as well "Patriots", by James Wesley Rawles.
However, Tate's book hit home for me. The fictional character had remarkable similarities to my own personal life. The kid recalled little of his childhood, grew up in a small town very poor. Married an awesome wife, and worked hard to accomplish what his parents could not.
Moving toward marriage, having an older daughter, and a younger son with autism. The story was remarkably unnerving, but relatable to me. I also grew up poor, in a small town and in my own way became successful with a career. Additionally, I married an awesome wife, having an older daughter and a younger son with autistic tendencies, struggling medically.
The character in the book, was snapped out of his dream world, and brought back to his roots as a country boy, remembering how hard it was while a kid. This with the aid of guidance, opened his eyes to what is coming, kicked his butt into bucking up and begins preparing.
Similarly, I see what is coming (as I know my family understands my discussions on this matter) and it scares me to death. However, only discussing it will not help. This book provides a real life scenario on what can be done, a little at a time.
A phenomenal book, providing a deeper rich character than the prior books I have read before. The similarities drew me into the storyline, while also providing me some real world examples of what can be done to begin preparation.
I tip my hat to Glen Tate and look forward to the second book.

Banning Tattoos in the Army?
There is no question: Military and tattoos go together naturally like blood and guts. Yet, a new Army rule may ban tattoos. The new rule was approved by Secretary of the Army John McHugh, but not yet signed. The order would ban tattoos from the forearms, below the knee, or above the neckline. Tattoos deemed offensive must be removed regardless of location, and the soldier is required to pay for the removal.
What is considered to be offensive? Watching R.Lee Ermey playing the role as Gunnery Sargent Hartmann in Full Metal Jacket, I cannot imagine what could be offensive. Yet, the Army has found some tattoos distasteful.

For Liberty Friday’s Surprise Encounter
Open carry activists in Orion Township, Michigan, had a surprise encounter at an event on Friday. While the activists expected some form of confrontation with the police during the For Liberty Friday event, they did not expect a positive situation. The Deputy Sheriff (DS) pulled up, while the activists prepared to take photos with their camera-phones. Rather than an inquiry for the activist ID, or demand for confiscation, they were greeted with handshakes.
Deputy Paul Buell, stated he was “out to catch bad guys, not people who are exercising their constitutional rights.” The deputy went on to comment on how guns scare the “uneducated.”
However, if someone calls, the police must come and check it out. Fortunately for the activist, this deputy understood and supported their Constitutional rights.
I couldn’t agree more. We need more police with this kind of understanding. Many will view Paul Buell as a hero, but in reality he is doing what should be occuring with all our police officers.

The list of offensive tattoos also lists sexist tattoos that degrade a person based on gender. Are women in the service offended?
